    Digital Tool Review and Pre-Approval

    Before piloting, purchasing, or implementing any new AI tool, digital platform, or emerging technology, teachers and staff must receive prior approval from the Superintendent. Each request will be reviewed for instructional purpose, age appropriateness, accessibility, student privacy, data security, and alignment with district policies before the tool may be used with students or staff.
